A pre-rate-con record of what was checked.
This static example shows the packet CarrierOwl is testing for small brokers and dispatch teams: public carrier data plus the booking-time record that needs to live under the load or carrier file.

Public carrier summary
Public authority, safety, and insurance filing data gives context. The packet keeps it separate from the private booking-time checks your team performs before tendering the load.
Safety context
| Metric | Value | Use |
|---|---|---|
| Driver OOS rate | 23.08% | Flag for broker review before booking |
| Vehicle OOS rate | 37.04% | Compare against load risk and internal policy |
| Crash summary | 0 | No crashes shown in available summary data |
| Inspection history | 39 | Enough activity to review patterns, not a no-inspection carrier |

Evidence retention
The default is a consistent checklist. Attachments are useful only when retained consistently under the broker's normal policy.
- ✓COI retained according to company policy
- ✓Carrier packet or onboarding file reference
- ✓Insurance callback note
- ✓Phone/email mismatch note if applicable
- ✓Screenshots only if they are part of normal retention policy
